Meet Your Hinsdale Pediatric Dentist Dr. Lynna Gripentrog, Pediatric Dentist

Dr. Lynna Gripentrog joined Brush in 2014 and has compassionately cared for thousands of our patients. She is a board certified pediatric dentist and a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She serves as an attending of Department of Surgery Division of Dentistry of the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago.

Dr. Lynna received specialized training in pediatric dentistry at the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. She understands the value of a team approach in dentistry. During her two year hospital based residency, she provided dental treatment for physically, mentally, and medically complex patients. She worked with other dental specialists as part of the craniofacial team to provide guidance for patients and their families, and she worked closely with an orthodontist to provide phase I orthodontic treatment. Additionally, she provided emergency care for patients with dental trauma.

Prior to her residency, Dr. Lynna received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Southern Illinois University in Alton, IL, and she completed her BS in Psychology at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Her goal is to make each child’s experience at the dental office a positive one. She firmly believes every child is unique and approaches each dental visit to meet their respective needs. For her, the most rewarding part of pediatric dentistry is watching kids grow and develop positive habits that have lifelong impacts.

In her spare time, she enjoys trying new recipes, staying active, and spending time with loved ones, especially her husband and three adorable daughters.

Dr. Lynna is grateful for the opportunity to meet your little ones and watch them grow into confident patients and young adults.
